The Foundation Meeting is our first working conversation. We use this time to understand the project, align on goals and expectations, and determine the right path forward before moving into planning and pre-construction.

Pre-construction is a dedicated planning phase where risk is identified, evaluated, and responsibly managed before work begins on site. In close collaboration with the client, architect, and design partners, we refine the design, establish realistic budgets, confirm schedules, and address potential challenges early.

During this phase, we provide constructability insight, cost transparency, and early trade coordination to reduce uncertainty and prevent avoidable issues during construction. By resolving questions in advance and clearly defining scope, we mitigate risk for all parties and create a controlled, well-prepared path forward.

Pre-construction allows the work that follows to proceed with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Once production begins, our team manages every detail with precision. We coordinate trades, maintain clear communication, uphold rigorous quality standards, and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track. Our process is transparent, efficient, and craftsmanship-driven, ensuring the final build meets the highest level of performance and design.

The Production Phase is where planning gives way to execution. With scope defined, risks addressed, and decisions made during pre-construction, the work on site proceeds with clarity and control.

During production, we perform and manage day-to-day construction, coordinate trades, and oversee sequencing to ensure the work is executed precisely and in accordance with the design. Our team is present on site throughout the entire process, upholding quality, safety, and respect for the home throughout the build.

Clear communication remains central during this phase. We provide daily project updates, manage changes thoughtfully as they arise, and continue to steward budget, schedule, and design intent through completion. The goal is not speed for its own sake, but disciplined execution—work carried out deliberately, carefully, and well.

Our relationship doesn’t end after Production. We provide structured follow-up, detailed close-out documentation, and ongoing support. From punch-list to long-term care, we remain a reliable partner, ensuring your home continues to perform beautifully after construction is complete.

Closeout is the final phase of construction and is approached with the same care and intention as the work that precedes it. Our focus is on completing the project thoughtfully—ensuring details are resolved, systems are understood, and the home is ready to be lived in.

During this phase, we coordinate final inspections, address remaining items, and provide clear documentation and guidance for care and maintenance. We walk the project together, confirming that the work has been executed as intended and that the transition into the home feels orderly and complete.

Closeout marks the completion of construction, not the end of our involvement. We remain a resource to our clients and stewards of the home, continuing to care for the work we’ve done and the homes entrusted to us over time.
