Ryan Morgan

PRINCIPAL

Raised in northern New Jersey by an auto mechanic and a businesswoman, Ryan Morgan developed an early respect for both craft and leadership. After earning his undergraduate degree, he joined an award-winning Philadelphia construction firm, quickly advancing to lead complex projects for the region’s top architects and designers.

Ryan founded Peony to unite hands-on craftsmanship with disciplined business practice. He brings a high level of construction expertise, clear leadership, and trusted relationships across specialized trades to every project.

Ryan lives in Philadelphia with his sons, Otis and Avi, and his partner, Tessa—whose favorite flower is the peony.
